David Miller

President and Board Member- FM Industries

David joined FM Industries in 1990. David currently serves FM Industries in the role of President and is a member of the Board of Directors. Prior to becoming President, David held roles of increasing responsibility as Sales Manager, Operations Manager and Vice President of Operations.

David received his undergraduate degree in Business Management from San Jose State University and his MBA from California State University at Hayward.

Mark Filice

Director- Engineering

Mark joined the company in 2000 and brings twenty years of engineering experience to FMI. As Director of Engineering, Mark provides leadership in the development and maintenance of FMI's manufacturing process technology. Prior to FM Industries, Mark held senior positions in Operations and Engineering with companies that provided high end manufactured components and state of the art investment castings.

Brian Sinclair

Director - Quality

Brian joined FM Industries in 2010. As Director of Quality, he is responsible for FMI's Quality Systems, Quality Performance and leads our Continuous Improvement Activities. Prior to joining FM Industries, Brian held positions of increasing responsibility in Manufacturing and Quality with companies that manufactured and assembled automotive steering components and seating interior systems. He received his Undergraduate Degrees in Systems Integration and Manufacturing Technology from Bowling Green State University.

Terry Fordham

Director- New Product Development

Terry joined FM Industries in 1998. As the Director of New Product Development, Terry collaborates with customers on developing new products and is responsible for the successful rapid prototype process. Terry has extensive experience in manufacturing and has held senior level management positions in Quality and Operations.

Terry has credentials in quality, lean manufacturing and Statistical Process Control from University of California at Santa Cruz.
