Assembly Services

FMI's Fremont facility includes a 5,000 square foot class 10k clean room for assembly, test and integration of complex electro-mechanical components and sub-assemblies. Our facility also includes class 1K down draft benches as well as onsite autoclave bonding for a variety of materials.

Typical capabilities include:

• Hydrostatic testing
• Foreline, valve and pump stack and pneumatics integration
• Power supply and wire harness integration
• High performance ceramic integration
• Functional testing and documentation of completed assemblies
